Service Description

Learn the foundations of dumbbell training Who is this for: Those new or returning to strength training. If your last strength training session was 6+ weeks ago or you're brand new to strength training, this is for you! Dumbbell Workout A is a full-body workout focusing on the upper body. Emphasize proper form and breathing techniques to develop the foundational skills you need to feel confident and strong as you progress on your strength journey. Includes a written workout and access to the digital workout for those with The Essentials plan, PNP or higher.
