Dumbbell Workout C is a full-body training session that maximizes work time and increases strength using medium/heavy weight. Continued emphasis is placed on proper form and breathing techniques to reinforce the foundational strength training skills learned in Dumbbell Workouts A + B. Who is this for: Those who have been training/lifting weights consistently for the last 4 weeks and can execute proper form and breathing techniques while lifting. If your last strength training session was 6+ weeks ago or you're brand new to strength training, please start/restart your training with Dumbbell Workout A or B. BONUS #1: Each participant will receive a copy of the written workout to guide their training sessions outside the group sessions. BONUS #2: The digital workout is pre-loaded and available in the Her365 Fitness training app for those with The Essentials/The Essentials+ Plans, PNP, or personal coaching clients.
