Cancellation Policy

Cancel your booking up to 1 hour before the start time. If you are a site member, log in to your account and select the booking you want to cancel from the My Bookings menu. No refunds for canceled services or classes. If you are not a site member, plan holder, or coaching client and would like to reschedule or cancel your booking, please use the chat form to request a coupon code to use for your next booking.
