Suitable for all experience levels. Equipment used may include a resistance tube/band, dumbbells, and body weight. Week 1 & 3 | Start your journey to getting stronger by building a solid base of fitness. Chair-based. Week 2 | Increase your endurance and strength by shaping and toning your muscles. Pay in person: $5 Pay online: $5.46 This class is FREE for all insurance program members including Silver Sneakers, Renew Active, Prime Fitness, and others.
