MARCH's Training Focus: FULL-BODY FIRE HIIT This full-body HIIT (high-intensity interval training) can help you build muscle and strength and improve your heart and metabolic health. --- Learn the foundations of strength training in these small group training sessions. Who is this for: Those new to or returning to strength training. If your last strength training session was 6+ weeks ago or you're brand new to strength training, this is for you! These training sessions will focus on full-body exercises geared toward functional fitness and increasing core strength and overall mobility. Emphasis on proper form and breathing techniques to develop the foundational skills you need to feel confident and strong as you progress on your strength journey. Includes a written workout and/or Pro access to this month's workout in the Her365 Fitness app. Restrictions apply.
