Service Description

Learn the foundations of strength training in these small group training sessions. Who is this for: Those new to or returning to strength training. If your last strength training session was 6+ weeks ago or you're brand new to strength training, this is for you! These training sessions will focus on full-body exercises geared toward functional fitness and increasing core strength and overall mobility. Emphasis on proper form and breathing techniques to develop the foundational skills you need to feel confident and strong as you progress on your strength journey. Includes a written workout and/or Pro access to this month's workout in the Her365 Fitness app. Restrictions apply.

Cancellation Policy

UPDATED POLICY (2025): 50% of the session price will be charged to the card on file if a booking is canceled within 24 hours and 1 hour of start time; 100% of the session price will be charged if there is a no-show OR if the booking is canceled less than 1 hour before the start time. There are NO REFUNDS for no-shows or participant-canceled services/classes outside the cancellation window. TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE: Log in to your account and select the booking you want to cancel or reschedule from the My Bookings menu. You will receive a coupon code or automatic rebooking if the instructor cancels the class.
