Fitness classes and In-Person Gym Sessions

Our group fitness classes are fun and engaging and just what you need to get your body moving in ways that feel good and are challenging...but never impossible. 
 

By taking classes with us, not only will you get to experience our womxn-only fitness community and meet our instructors, but you'll also be putting yourself first and practicing true self-care.

Our classes range from 30- to 90-minutes and take place in-person (outdoors) and hosted in our private virtual studio. 

NOTE: Registration for each class closes 3 hours before the listed start time. Please register early. Thank you!
