Group Fitness classes

Our group fitness classes are fun and engaging and just what you need to get your body moving. Each class is challenging in its own way but never so challenging that you won't want to come back for more. 

By taking classes with us you'll enjoy social fitness in our womxn-only fitness community AND by registering and showing up for a class on a regular basis, you'll also be practicing the skills of moving often and moving well which are key to maintaining a consistent movement routine.

Our classes range from 30- to 90-minutes and take place according to our covid protocol (masks + proof of vaccination or negative covid test) in our studio/gym and are also hosted online in our private virtual studio. 

⏳ Registration for each class closes 3 hours before the listed start time. Please register early.

GYM Sessions

Our vaccinated studio/gym members enjoy access to the facility for equipment workouts according to their membership tier and do not need to schedule their visits in advance.


The gym sessions that appear on the schedule are bookable if you are a:


CURRENT member who:

  1. is NOT vaccinated but provide proof of negative covid test (no older than 3 days) OR

  2. IS vaccinated but would like to ensure that staff is on-site during your gym visit. 

NEW member who needs to complete your enrollment.

  • Once you've purchased a plan, you'll book a gym session for your initial visit but will not need to book again unless you fall under item 1 or 2 above.
