And guess what? Membership is not required for you to participate in our classes. So even if you're a member at one of those other gyms, you're welcome to take classes with us!

Low-Impact Tabata is a low-impact cardio workout with a Tabata twist. Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, featuring exercises that last four minutes. You'll push yourself as hard as you can for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds and repeat for up to 8 rounds.
