Our 30- to 60-minute studio classes and small group training sessions are fun and engaging and just what you need to get your body moving. Each class is challenging in its own way but never so challenging that you won't want to come back for more.

 

Sessions take place in our studio/gym and are also hosted online in our private virtual studio. In-person classes take place according to our covid protocol (masks + proof of vaccination or negative covid test) on our gentle-on-the-joints, soft-land studio floor. 

Our studio classes & small group training sessions are delivered via one of the following methods:

  • in-person instruction

  • in-person with video/virtual trainer assistance

  • video only

  • live virtual/distance instruction streamed into the gym.

 

These instruction/delivery methods along with virtual options allow you flexibility (take a class from anywhere!) and support consistency by ensuring that our in-studio group fitness classes carry on regardless of instructor availability.

Our instructors are licensed and/or certified in their specialty and are passionate about the classes they lead and ensure that each participant feels welcome and supported and has a safe and enjoyable experience.

Advance registration is required which supports you in developing a more intentional fitness routine. Plan/book your classes and/or training sessions up to 14-days in advance.

A Her365 Fitness membership is not required for you to join us in our fitness studio for a single class or small group training session, but members do enjoy classes at a discounted rate/class. In addition to gym membership, we offer classes-only membership options which can help to make signing up for your favorite classes easier and more convenient.
