Our Classes

Our group fitness classes are fun and engaging and just what you need to get your body moving. Each class is challenging in its own way but never so challenging that you won't want to come back for more. 
 

By taking classes with us you'll enjoy social fitness in our women-only fitness community AND by registering and showing up for a class on a regular basis, you'll also be practicing the skills of moving often and moving well which are key to maintaining a consistent movement routine.

Our classes range from 30- to 90-minutes and take place according to our covid protocol (masks + proof of vaccination or negative covid test) in our studio/gym and are also hosted online in our private virtual studio.

Membership is not required for you to participate in our classes. So even if you're a member at another gym, you're welcome to take classes with us!
