Release and relax with these steps:
- Relax (drop) your shoulders
- Unclench your jaw
- Relax your forehead
- Flatten your hands
- Breathe in deeply and breathe out, slowly and completely. Repeat until you feel more chill.

The Morning Meditation is one that I use to help me get clear for the day. What I like is that there are several session lengths (10 mins, 14 mins, and 18 mins) and I choose based on what I’m in the mood for.
