Coach Pamela's Boot Camp was a Monday night favorite among our after-work crew before the pandemic...and now it's back in-person!
If you’ve never met Coach Pamela, then you’re in for a treat. She's simultaneously sweet AND tough and she helps you push yourself just a little bit more each time you workout with her.
Coach Pamela packs a TON of motivation and encouragement into her 60-minute, muscle-working outdoor class. Coach’s class incorporates bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, sand bags, body bars, a battle rope, stairs, and even a hill to get your heart pumping and muscles flexing.
Boot Camp will challenge you AND make you laugh thanks to the good-natured tough-love Coach doles out in person and in her online group.
