Don't you love the energy of a "new year"? There's the celebration of new beginnings, and, for some, this is the time when we seem to be most willing to let go of the past and move forward in the spirit of something new. As exciting and inspiring as this energy is, it doesn't have to be exclusive to January. We have an opportunity 365 days of the year to do better and to make progress in becoming our very best selves. Every day is a new beginning and a chance to improve on the day before. Every month can be better than the last one.

Starting this month, we are introducing monthly themes and weekly challenges* that will keep you motivated and inspired to keep on keepin' on.
At the beginning of each month, we will announce what our focus is for that month. We'll provide you with theme-related uplifting, fun, and informative fitness and wellness motivation and coaching so that you will be inspired to take -- and keep taking --action.
