Sunday morning Yoga sessions!


🆕 STARTING JAN. 5TH! 📌⁠ ⁠ 🕉 Focus on the foundations of yoga:⁠ → breath⁠ → alignment⁠ → strength⁠ → flexibility⁠ ⁠ 🧘🏽‍♀️This class is great for beginners and those who are interested in exploring mindfulness through movement. ⁠ ⁠ ☮️ Movement between poses will be slow and mindful, encouraging you to feel deeply and access your innate body wisdom.⁠ ⁠ You will leave feeling ✨radiant, 😌calm, and 👸🏾empowered! ⁠ ⁠ Each Sunday will feature one of our team of instructors, each of whom brings their unique style of instruction to the experience:⁠ 1️⃣ Satya @satyadelapazdeaugust⁠ 2️⃣ Ashley @abdanceandyoga⁠ 3️⃣ Dominique @brownsugahealing⁠ 4️⃣ Christina ⁠⁠ ⁠ 💟 Our instructors specialize in modifying yoga poses for injuries, chronic pain, and medical conditions.
